You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not transfer your account to another person or use another user's account.
We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign usernames that impersonate other people or brands, infringe trademarks, or have remained inactive for an extended period.
You retain ownership of content you post to the Service (catches, photos, posts, comments, community contributions). By posting content, you grant Anglers Cove a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Service, solely for the purpose of operating, displaying, and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. Content must comply with our Community Guidelines and all applicable laws.

The Service provides tools for users to create, organize, and participate in fishing events. Anglers Cove is a platform provider only — we are not the organizer of any user-created event.
Event organizers are solely responsible for their events, including participant safety, legal compliance, adherence to local fishing regulations, venue arrangements, and any liability arising from the event. Anglers Cove expressly disclaims all liability related to user-organized events.
Communities and forums within the Service are user-operated. Community owners and moderators are responsible for the content within their communities. Anglers Cove reserves the right to remove communities, posts, or comments that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.
Anglers Cove provides features including catch logging, weather data, fishing spot information, and community content. We make no representations or warranties regarding:
Always follow local fishing regulations, obtain all required licenses and permits, and exercise appropriate safety precautions. You fish at your own risk.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, release updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or data unavailability resulting from downtime or infrastructure issues. We do not guarantee the permanent preservation of any specific content.
The Service is currently free to use. Some features may require a paid subscription in the future. When subscriptions are introduced, pricing, billing terms, renewal schedules, and cancellation procedures will be clearly disclosed before any purchase is made.
All subscription fees are charged in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms' respective payment and refund policies. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to post any content you submit to the Service. Do not upload photos, videos, or other material you do not have the right to share.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@anglerscove.com and include: (a) a description of the copyrighted work; (b) where the infringing content appears in the Service; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate.
We will respond to valid takedown requests in accordance with applicable law and remove infringing content promptly.
The Anglers Cove name, logo, and Service interface are owned by Anglers Cove and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anglers Cove and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, any content posted on the Service, or any user-organized event.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the greater of USD $50 or the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, pose a risk to the safety or integrity of the platform or its community, or create legal or security concerns. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States, except where prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
